We were approached by the Lopez Group of Companies & ABS-CBN News Channel to create a series of PSAs for the May 2013 Elections. Since the target market were the younger voters, we opted for a loose illustration design & cel-animated approach to the spot. The illustration style & the palette in which we did everything was based on our goal of being able to deliver a propaganda-ish message while maintaining a positive vibe throughout the spot.
